How to Make Creamy Broccoli Pasta in Minutes

Creamy Broccoli Pasta

Creamy broccoli Pasta is a simple and vegetarian first course , perfect for autumn and winter ! It is prepared with Roman or Sicilian broccoli , first sauteed in a pan with garlic, oil , almonds; then crushed and partly blended with pecorino cheese , in this way an enveloping broccoli sauce is created , perfect for obtaining a creamy and flavorful Pasta with broccoli in just over 30 minutes on the table ! In two words: one of those broccoli recipes , easy, quick, tasty to make again!

For the preparation, you can use the broccoli you prefer, both Sicilian broccoli and Roman broccoli . In both cases, without boiling them , they are cooked directly in the pan! In this case I enriched the classic broccoli seasoning with toasted almonds that have given a delicious flavor, which you can replace with pine nuts, hazelnuts or anchovies, black olives .

One part will be blended, the other will be left whole! For the pasta I chose propellers, but penne, dumplings, or long pasta like spaghetti are also fine . The seasoning is so creamy that it will perfectly envelop whatever format you choose! Excellent for a quick lunch or dinner , Pasta with broccoli is also perfect for the most special occasions, where the rule is to amaze with taste without cooking too much !
