  • 320 gr SHORT PASTA LIKE RIGATONI
  • 400 gr TOMATO PUREE
  • 1 clove GARLIC
  • 1 tbsp BASIL PESTO
  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • SALT
  • BASIL

  • In a non-stick pan, brown the garlic with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

  • Pour the tomato puree, season with saltĀ and continue cooking for 15 minutes.

  • Once you have obtained a thick and reduced sauce, turn off the heat and flavor with a spoonful of basil pesto.

  • Mix with a wooden spoon to even out the flavors.
  • Boil the rigatoni in plenty of lightly salted boiling water, drain them and transfer them directly into the pan with the sauce.
