1 whole chicken (size of your choice, mine 3kg)
1 large sprig of fresh rosemary (alternatively dried rosemary)
5 – 6 sage leaves
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper

It also keeps very well the next day, as long as you heat it for at least 40 minutes at 180° with 1 cup of water. It must also re hydrate inside so as not to be dry!
